Policy

If you like your dog fluffy, with fur that’s long and soft then keep them brushed at home or I will shave it all off.
We will not except dogs more than 15 min late, if you are running late, please give us a call.
If you fail to show up for your appointment Monday through Friday you will be charged 50% of your scheduled groom. If you fail to show up to Saturday then you will be charged 100% of the groom. Failure to pay before next appointment will result in immediate cancelation of all future appointments.
All female dogs during their heat cycle will be charged $15 cleaning fee, if not brought in a diaper.
Please allow your dog to go potty right before coming to the salon, if they potty more then once there will be an additional charge starting at $10, if you forget there is grass outside the salon and poop bags will be provided, please clean up after your dog.
All pets that have not been picked up by closing time will be charged $20 per hour day care fee. If the pet is not picked up by 6pm you will be charged a boarding fee of $50, and the pet will be left unattended at Spaw days facilities overnight. You will be able to pick up your pet the next morning. If not picked up one hour after opening, you will be charged our daycare fee. Pets that have been left longer than 24 hours will be surrendered to Lucky’s Place.
Spaw day grooming only uses kennels, when necessary, if your pet injures another pet, you are liable.
